Job Description

As the Supervisor, you will report indirectly to the Vice President of Internal Audit, Vice President of Information Technology, and Senior Manager of Business Compliance supporting the respective functions for Lennox in India. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

  • Supervise a team of four or more individuals supporting Internal Audit, Business Compliance, and SAP GRC teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members, focusing on professional development for team success and career progression.
  • Work with leaders of each respective team to ensure LITC team members understand responsibilities and are meeting expectations for their respective assignments.
  • Perform original work as assigned by Internal Audit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivering impactful solutions and support.
  • Seek opportunities to improve existing processes through partnership with Internal Audit, Business Compliance, and SAP GRC teams.
  • Regularly interface with other teams and departments to understand processes and procedures, identify root cause, and effectively communicate observations and/or recommendations.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of CA Qualified with Post Qualification experience
  • Experience leading or managing teams required
  • Ability to coach team members, develop talent, and meet company initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, or related area required.
  • Certification highly preferred (e.g., CA, CISA, CIA, Data Analytics, GRC)
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following functions: Internal Audit, Data Analytics, IT Audit, and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
  • Demonstrated history with project development and leadership for process and system enhancements helpful
  • Experience creating process documentation, including process mapping and flow charts
  • Experience developing and/or maintaining dashboards, including supporting KPIs or other technical calculations, will be very helpful
  • Complex and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and testing support
  • SAP experience highly desirable
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
