Build emails on SalesForce Marketing Cloud: build, schedule, send and monitor emails with SFMC using templates. Work with the marketing team to ensure that the requirements are met with respect to content/design as well as segmentation lists and audience. Work with the creative team to ensure that the emails are designed appropriately. Leverage skills in AMPscript for dynamic content and personalized email messaging and SMS UseSSJS for scripting within Marketing Cloud for more complex data manipulations and automation. Reporting: monitor sent emails to check for accuracy and periodically send reports including issues and improvement opportunities. A/B Testing and Optimization: suggest ways to optimize email campaigns andtemplates by finding A/B testing opportunities (subject lines, images, calls-toaction) to improve engagement and conversion rates. Communicate with Stakeholders: to share where to optimize design, content, and style based on email reporting and performance

o Email Studio: Creating, testing, and deploying email campaigns.
o Journey Builder: Designing and managing customer journeys.
o Automation Studio: Building and managing automated workflows.
o Mobile Studio: Working with SMS, push notifications, and other mobile communications.
• Advanced skills in AMPscript for dynamic content and personalized email messaging and SMS
• Using SSJS for scripting within Marketing Cloud for more complex data manipulations and automation.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and customizing email templates.
