• Support troubleshooting, resolving SAP BASIS related issues – S/4HANA, SAP ECC/SCM-APO/BW/HANA Database/Vertex.
• Executing System Refreshes, SAP SP Upgrades as a Yearly Activity.
• Regular Maintenance & Support activities for HANA Databases.
• Work with Business Teams on new Integrations with SAP systems to support introduction of new Business functionalities.
• Disaster Recovery DR Drill activities.
• Automations & Process Improvement solutions to minimize downtime & execution time of regular works.
• Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and application issues.
• Follow and maintain procedures and manage technologies and tasks based on "best practice" standards for tasks such as such as system refreshes, backup & recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment, background job monitoring/scheduling and Disaster Recovery Procedures.
• Resolves application outages, implement corrective and preventative actions
• Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration
• Work with operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations
• Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs
• Coordinate/Manage on call support.

• Experience in the following SAP products such as: S/4HANA, ECC, BW, HANA, SCM, SOLMAN, CRM, PI/PO, Hybris.Hands-on experience in SAP EHP/SP Upgrades
• Experience in working on Databases – HANA, Oracle, SQL
• Technical knowledge of SAP infrastructure on Linux/Windows environments
• Experience in Performance monitoring & tuning, interface troubleshooting and landscape optimization
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Java stack administration and Solution Manager are a strong plus.
• Experience in setting up transport management system and working with transports
• Experience supporting mission-critical system and ensuring 24x7 availability of production system
