Job Description

 

  • Experience: 7-10 years in graphic design, ideally within a product-driven or B2B environment, with prior experience collaborating with international teams, preferably US-based stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and production workflows.
  • Product Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing materials for product marketing, including technical and promotional content.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.

 

Qualifications


Design & Creative Development:


• Product Collateral: Design compelling product brochures, specification sheets, installation guides, and catalogs that highlight product features and benefits.
• Event Branding: Create event-specific materials such as trade show displays, booth designs, banners, and digital invitations.
• Digital Assets: Produce high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, website landing pages, online ads, and e-commerce platforms.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support marketing efforts with creative assets for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Internal Communications: Produce visually compelling designs for internal campaigns, employee branding, and leadership messages.
• Video Content: Collaborate with the video production team to provide graphics and visual elements for product demos, explainer videos, and training modules.

 

Collaboration with Global Teams:
•Partner with US stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver impactful designs.
•Participate in virtual meetings to present concepts, iterate on feedback, and ensure project alignment.

 

Brand Consistency:
•Ensure all deliverables adhere to Lennox’s global brand standards and maintain consistency in visual identity.
•Develop and manage templates, style guides, and other tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.

 

Innovation & Trend Adoption:
•Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to introduce fresh ideas.
•Explore and integrate new techniques to elevate the quality of visuals and enhance storytelling.
