• Apply White box testing, Black box testing, Integration testing approaches to have maximum coverage of testing
• Resource management

• Mentor and coach a team of junior engineers, project leaders and technical specialists

• 16-23 years of experience with New product development & sustaining 
• Passion to deliver superior quality products and to develop world class quality teams and institute processes.
• Experience collaborating & managing multi-site engineering teams and projects.
• Experience as Quality manager for at least 5 years and managing teams with varied experience levels from junior engineers to team leaders
• Experience in testing embedded software with various wired/wireless communication protocols, sensors and IoT connectivity.
• Experience in Structured and object oriented programming languages
• Experience in product development processes (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile). 
• Familiarity in electronic hardware/ software design. 
• Familiarity with industry standards in Electronic Controls.
• Familiarity with the HVAC industry is a plus
