Job Summary: 

We are seeking a UI / Frontend Lead Architect to drive the technical vision and architecture of scalable, cloud-native frontend applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Next.js, with hands-on experience in headless CMS architecture and building global design systems. Proficiency in Azure services, API integrations, and cross-platform connectivity is essential. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architecture of large-scale, performant frontend applications 

• Architect and guide frontend integration with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, DotCMS) 

• Very good if the knowledge is on dotCMS or any CMS platform knowledge is good 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless API integrations across applications 

• Leverage Azure services including Front Door, Key Vault, and App Services for secure, scalable deployments 

• Guide technical decisions across projects involving cloud-native frontend frameworks 

• Mentor development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices 

• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, version control, and cloud deployments 

• Ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO standards are embedded in all solutions 

• Collaborate with product and UX to translate business goals into scalable UI solutions 

• Drive implementation of reusable components and global design systems across teams 

• Implement Agile methodologies and effectively lead Scrum ceremonies. 

• Provide strong technical leadership and clear communication across teams. 

• Propose scalable and efficient solutions based on business requirements. 

• Actively engage in cross-team collaboration and discussions with leadership. 

• Navigate technical and business negotiations with confidence and clarity. 

• Drive innovation with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset. 

Must-Have Skills: 

• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture 

• Expert in React, Next.js, and reusable component design using Atomic Design principles 

• Deep understanding of headless CMS architecture (e.g., Contentful, DotCMS) 

• Experience with Azure Front Door, Key Vault, App Services, and general cloud knowledge 

• Solid background in RESTful API integration, OAuth, and secure client-side development 

• Proven experience in architecting frontend layers for multi-application ecosystems 

Good to Have: 

• Exposure to Velocity scripting and templating languages 

• Familiarity with Storybook and component documentation tooling 

• Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and web vitals 

• Understanding of micro frontend architecture 

• Knowledge on cloud platforms AWS, Azure is a plus 

• Project Management is a plus and SCRUM entry level certification 

• Experience in integrating with IDPs like Azure B2C, Okta for authentication using SAML or OpenID protocol.
