Participate in on-call rotation for production support and incident response.
Track and report recurring issues, providing feedback to engineering teams for root cause fixes.
Assist with audits, monitoring of SLAs, and operational metrics reporting.
Follow escalation procedures and communicate status updates to stakeholders during incidents. Monitor application health, performance, and availability through dashboards, alerts, and logs.
