Job Description

  • Assists in preparing sales forecasts, developing sales quotas, and collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Works with sales, marketing, and distribution for the purpose of improving operational efficiency.
  • Assists in researching and evaluating economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell products, protect/increase market share, penetrate new markets, and maintain/improve operating margins.
  • Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures, or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
  • Runs standard reports and assists in developing new reports.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires a substantial understanding of market trends and factors and an ability to identify likely impact on the sales of various products.
  • Must have a strong ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information.
  • Require understanding of financial data and competitive markets.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP query design and Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Complex functions and formulas, experience working with large amounts of data, experience using Pivot tables, Nested IFs, Basic VB)
  • Prior experience in finance or sales operation function (at least 2+ years of experience preferred)
  • BI and Analytics experience preferred (Qlik or Power BI)

 

Qualifications

  • Good in analytical skills.
  • Advance excel skill preferred.
  • SAP knowledge must.
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with US stakeholders and having facetime with US team on daily basis.
