Job Description

  1. To understand & do the technical analysis activities such as requirements gathering, definition, testing & implementation of Engineering Application to client projects.
  2. To Perform gap analysis of user requirements against software functionality as well as defining Engineering solution architectures and developing detailed design specifications.
  3. Collaborate with business and functional groups to review and analyze the business requirements and functional specification
  4. Collaborate with other architects and developers to come up with the design and architectural approach for the use cases in the project. 
  5. Collaborate with system architects, functional groups and other developers to provide estimates for the various initiatives.
  6. Custom DOT NET solution development and rollout  
  7. support existing factory applications 
  8. Use .NET expertise to build high-quality, maintainable development solutions by following industry-wide best practices and organizational development standards. 
  9. Provide development support for .NET solutions in testing and in migration to Production. 
  10. Troubleshoot issues and make enhancements or bug fixes to existing .NET and other web applications in Production. 
  11. Research and staying abreast of current technology trends.  

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to actively engage in project conceptual design phases. 
  • 3-5 years of overall work experience with hands-on, current experience across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of .NET projects. 
  • Minimum 4 years of extensive experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, MVC, and WCF, as well as web service standards such as RESTful APIs and SOAP. 
  • Minimum 4 years of strong, hands-on experience in database design and optimization with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and/or 2019. 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD). 
  • Possess strong analytical, business, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing applications adds an advantage
