Job Description

Role Overview :

 

The Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards driving process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and increase efficiency. This role is to implement and maintain quality management systems, compliance with SLA, deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The Operational Excellence Lead partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and measure results

 

Job Description / Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build data-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate and manage improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies.
  • Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on quality performance to senior management.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). to address systemic issues.
  • Establish CTQs (Critical to Quality), track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure sustainability of improvements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and quality inspections systems aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build capability across the organization through training, coaching, and mentoring on continuous improvement tools.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational discipline.

Critical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in advanced MS Excel & power point.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.

 

Qualifications

Qualification : 

 

  • Any Graduate / bachelor’s degree
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.

Experience :

 

  • 12+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or related roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
