Role Overview :
The Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards driving process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and increase efficiency. This role is to implement and maintain quality management systems, compliance with SLA, deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
