Job Description

  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing end-to-end processes including supplier inquiries, freight invoice handling, freight audit, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 5+ FTEs, driving performance, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Successfully execute and oversee transitions of freight shared services across global regions, with a strategic emphasis on North America and Latin America.
  • Independently manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers, ensuring consistent alignment and responsiveness across all interactions.
  • Uphold high standards in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and influence in cross-functional environments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Freight/Logistics Business SLAs, KPIs and audit metrics; ensure all processes meet or exceed compliance and service benchmarks
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track freight spend, audit accuracy, and operational efficiency; provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • 9 to 14 years of professional experience in Freight Shared Services, including Freight Audit, Freight Payment, SAP Transport Management, and logistics.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 5 team members.
  • Successful implementation of transitions across global regions, with a strong focus on North America and Latin America in Freight shared services domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently handle internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with no compromise on clarity and professionalism.
  • In-depth knowledge of Freight /Logistic SLAs, KPIs, and key performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SAP-ERP systems is a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for analytics and strategic decision-making.
  • Educational qualifications: B. Com / MBA / M. Com Graduate.
  • Flexible for any shift
