Job Description
- Develop, implement, standardize, and maintain commission plans in collaboration with the sales operation’s leaders and finance teams.
- Ensure commission plans align with business objectives, sales goals, and industry best practices.
- Regularly review and update commission plans to account for changes in business strategies and market conditions.
- Validate and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Commission.
- Expert knowledge in writing packages/procedure using Oracle PL/SQL
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in Report system design (Webi/Crystal Reports/Power BI/Embedded Analytics)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to commission-related systems and processes.
- Experience in SAP HANA will be an added advantage.
- Understands the data model in SAP Commission
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.
