We are looking for a results-driven Specialist – SEO and Paid Ads that can drive measurable growth through optimized search visibility and high-performing, demand generating digital campaigns. This role combines on-page, technical, and off-page SEO expertise with hands-on paid media execution, data analysis, and continuous performance optimization across key channels. You will partner daily with our website specialist, digital analyst and campaign operations specialist to optimize organic and paid performance, strengthen our website experience, and generate measurable demand. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment.
SEO Skills:
• On-Page Optimization:
o Conduct ongoing keyword research and map search intent to content strategy.
o Optimize metadata, on-page copy, content structure, and internal linking for improved relevance and engagement.
o Implement content clustering strategies and optimize for CTR and user experience. Ensure image optimization (alt text, file sizes) and compliance with
Google’s search quality guidelines.
o Optimize content for emerging AI-driven search experiences (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Perplexity), ensuring content is structured, authoritative, and easily retrievable by AI models.
o Partner with the website specialist and content marketers to create and refine content designed for AI summary engines, including FAQ formats, rich snippets, and authoritative topical clusters.
Technical SEO:
o Lead website audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, Core Web Vitals problems, mobile usability, and structural improvements.
o Manage XML sitemap creation/submission, URL structure optimization, canonicalization, redirect strategy, and schema markup.
o Collaborate closely with the Website Specialist and development teams to implement technical fixes and enhance overall site health.
o Experience on SEO with US based companies and websites.
Tools & CMS Proficiency:
o Utilize GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush on a daily basis. Additional usage of Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Conductor, or BrightEdge as needed to optimize performance.
o Experience with dotCMS preferred; WordPress, Magento, Wix, or related CMS platforms accepted.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
o Track and analyze traffic, rankings, search behavior, and engagement metrics.
o Conduct competitive SEO analyses and identify optimizationopportunities.
o Troubleshoot and resolve duplicate content and indexation issues.
o Provide regular SEO performance
Paid Media Campaigns (Search & Display)
• Campaign Planning & Execution
o Plan, build, and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
o Ensure precise targeting, accurate campaign setup, tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs), and reliable attribution.
o Coordinate with the Campaign Specialist to ensure consistent messaging, creative alignment, and integrated digital campaigns.
o Participate in weely planning meetings to align organic and paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
• Optimization & Performance Management
o Monitor budget pacing, audience performance, bidding strategies, and campaign health.
o Leverage GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards to optimize ROI, reduce CPA/CPL, and increase conversions.
o Maintain strong campaign hygiene, including data quality, automated rules, and smart bidding strategies.
• Testing & Insights
o Develop and test ad messaging, creative variations, and partner with website specialist to create landing pages to improve performance.
o Use insights from experiments to refine audience targeting and creative direction.
o Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research to strengthen full-funnel campaign effectiveness.
o Partner with the Marketing Analyst to validate tracking accuracy, interpret performance data, and define KPIs.
o Build and deliver regular performance reports using Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, and platform reporting tools.
o Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and proposeactionable next steps.
Nice to have:
• Video SEO: optimizing videos to rank higher in SERPs
• Document SEO: optimization of documents (like PDFs, Word docs, etc.) to improve their visibility in SERPs
• Digital Analytics –knowledge of Google Analytics to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and actionable insights
