Job Description

  • The Team Lead – Analytics Engineering is responsible for leading a team of analytics engineers and driving end‑to‑end delivery of analytics initiatives.
  • This role combines hands‑on technical leadership, project delivery ownership, and people management, ensuring analytics solutions align with business strategy, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams while building a strong, scalable analytics capability.
  • The lead should build strong cross‑functional relationships and enable the team through mentoring, design reviews, and promotion of data literacy.

 

 

Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 12 – 15 years in Analytical space
  • Extensively worked in Azure Datalake environment.
  • Hands on and expert in Databricks.
  • Good knowledge of Databrick Unity Catalog and administration
  • Worked on BI tools like PowerBI/Qlik
  • Demonstrated project manager experience with large enterprise-wide projects is required.
  • Build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
  • Provide design guidance and code reviews.
  • Promote data literacy, governance
  • Requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Lead.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Experience:

  • Requires a broad awareness of emerging technology trends.
  • Must be able to coach and guide team members.
  • Exposure to SAP is desirable.
