- Own and manage the business unit’s websites as a core digital channel supporting brand and lead generation goals.
- Perform CMS updates, landing page creation, and content publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize site structure, UX, SEO, and conversion paths to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor website analytics and drive continuous improvements based on insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to manage enhancements, integrations, and technical performance.
Marketing Automation & Nurture Programs
- Perform Marketing Automation activities on SFMC, leveraging the team’s support when required on the following:
- Building emails, segments, and journeys
- Designing and managing lead nurture programs to guide prospects through the funnel.
- Running reports, analyzing journey performance, personalization experiences and implementing improvements.
Lead Generation Strategy, Media Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels.
- Build and maintain integrated media plans aligned to audience segments, campaign goals, and budget allocations.
- Execute ad placement across search, social, display, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and automation teams to deliver cohesive demand-generation programs.
- Monitor funnel and campaign performance, optimizing targeting, creative, bidding, and budget allocation to improve ROI.
SEO, Analytics & Performance Insights
- Perform SEO and Analytics activities, leveraging the team’s support when required on the following:
- Applying core SEO principles to improve organic visibility of content.
- Using analytics platforms to track channel performance, lead flow, and campaign effectiveness.
- Building dashboards, extract insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimizing digital programs based on performance trends and KPIs.
Digital Leadership & Project Management
- Own and manage digital marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, and proactively identify risks or resource needs.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent delivery.
Content Planning & Digital Channel Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize content across email, social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Be responsible for content governance and updates across CMS platforms and internal communication systems.
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards, user needs, and lead generation goals.
