Job Description

  • Support Product Owners in gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements for digital initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in facilitating communication between offshore development teams and onsite stakeholders.
  • Document current (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process flows using standard templates.
  • Participate in identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies under guidance from senior team members.
  • Support system integrations by clarifying data requirements and functional expectations with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure requirements align with user experience goals.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day issue tracking, data validation, and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases; coordinate defect tracking and resolution.
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards to track system performance and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4 - 7 Years f experience as a Business Analyst or in a digital delivery role
  • Ability to support US working hours (up to 12pm CT overlap as needed).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and user story development.
  • Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or similar task management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (eCommerce, SaaS, or PaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams..
