• Deep knowledge of fan aerodynamics and Heat Transfer physics 

• Experience in CFD analysis of Rotating Machines and Heat Transfer in Ansys Fluent 

• Ability to understand 1D modeling of Heat exchangers and other HVAC Components 

• Proficient on Ansys, Star CCM+, Fluent 

• Basic understanding of HVAC Systems 

• Analyze field failures and root cause study  

• Develop Correlation between test and CFD results 

• Ability to scope and analyze cross-functional problems to generate/implement solutions 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share and obtain information with colleagues including overseas. 

• Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels of the organization 
• Familiarity with HVAC&R equipment and systems 
• Know how to build Reduced Order Models 
• Basic understanding of AI/ML 

Qualification: 

Masters From Premiere Institutes like IIT/NIT in Thermal/Aerospace/Chemical Background 

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

Understanding of the practical application of engineering science and technology. Experience with analytical and CAD software. Requires knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
