• Responsible for ecommerce promotion set up on Hybris (including but not limited to set up and testing of audience, products, and exclusions) 

• Responsible for ecommerce promotion support on Hybris (Stocking, Parts & Supplies, Commercial product promotions, vendor product promotions) 

• Responsible for creating order form for Stocking promotion via Excel. This includes ensuring approved products and eligible customers are coded properly as well as any in-program updates 

• Responsible for keeping up list of dealers not allowed to participate in promotions, in collaboration with National Accounts stakeholders 

• Responsible for daily reporting of Parts & Supplies promotions qualifying orders  

• May also support the Loyalty program team with updates to SAP based on enrollment and unenrollment of dealers. 

• May also support Energy Efficiency Specialist with marketing collateral updates as bandwidth allows 

• Work with cross-functional teams at Lennox Corporate and other business partners to deliver ecommerce promotions on time 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 1 - 3 years related experience.
• Requires solid business acumen and ecommerce promotions and best practices. 
• Requires strong excel skills and attention to detail and accuracy 
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
