The ERP Analyst is responsible for the following:

• Good practical experience with SAP ABAP.
• Technical Analysis, Designing, Solutioning, Code Reviews and Testing the of SAP developments.
• Strong experience in SAP Production Support and Operations, including:
  • Handling L1.5 / L2 support tickets
  • Managing Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Change Requests
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues
• Ensure adherence to Support SLAs which include:
  • Incident prioritization and resolution
  • Tracking and meeting response / resolution timelines
  • Proactive risk and issue management during peak business cycles.
• Ability to resolve medium-to-complete technical issues independently and manage business-critical incidents.
• Experience working in 24x7 global support models, coordinating with functional teams, business stakeholders, Basis, and third-party vendors.
• Good understanding and cross-functional working knowledge of SD, MM, PP, FI modules.
• Author and validate Technical Specification documents and create Unit Test plans and Test Scripts.
• Actively participate in SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, and patching activities, including:
  • Impact analysis
  • Code remediation
  • Regression testing support
• Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements, and new functionalities, and perform application research to recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, data standards, transport management, and audit requirements.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in stakeholder updates and incident communications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Computer Science
• 4-6 years overall SAP experience with minimum 1 End to End Implementations and at least 1 Support Project.
• Must be expert at testing and debugging procedures.
• Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
• Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
• Should have thorough knowledge on Reports, RFCs, Forms, OOPS ABAP, Data conversions – BDC, LSMW, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, IDOC’s, ALE,
• SAP TM, SAP EWM, HANA, Workflows Knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to work with Business, Functional and Technical Teams.
• Proven ability Delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems.
