Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Procurement Specialist with 7–11 years of procurement expertise to manage end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This role will support US business stakeholders, ensuring cost optimization, service quality, and operational efficiency through effective utilization of tools such as ServiceNow and Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end IT hardware procurement lifecycle, including RFQ preparation, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase order management.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to drive cost efficiency, ensure quality delivery, and meet SLA commitments.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve total cost of ownership (TCO) through benchmarking, negotiation strategies, and supplier consolidation.
  • Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics, including periodic reviews and continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within procurement systems to support compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US stakeholders, ensuring alignment on procurement needs and timely delivery of services.

Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports, including spend analysis, vendor performance, and procurement cycle time metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT hardware procurement (7–11 years)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Ariba
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities
  • Effective stakeholder management, with US-facing experience preferred
  • Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks and process improvement methodologies

High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
