Job Description

Role Overview

 

This role supports and elevates social media efforts for Lennox Residential by partnering closely with global marketing and business stakeholders. The Specialist will play a key role in translating strategic direction into high-quality execution, while contributing insights, recommendations, and creative thinking to strengthen overall social media impact.This position requires strong content leadership, a deep understanding of social platforms, and the ability to influence outcomes through data, storytelling, and collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Partnership & Alignment

  • Partner closely with global and cross-functional teams to align on social media priorities, campaigns, and messaging
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to shape campaign direction and content approaches
  • Bring a strong point of view on platform best practices, audience behavior, and content trends

Content Strategy & Development

  • Lead content planning and calendar management across B2C and B2B platforms
  • Develop compelling, platform-native content including captions, campaign messaging, and post concepts
  • Translate campaign briefs and product narratives into engaging social storytelling
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide visual and video content execution

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Drive seamless execution of campaigns across channels, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (including influencers) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Continuously refine content and execution based on performance and feedback

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Track and analyze performance across platforms, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
  • Support reporting needs for stakeholders with clear narratives and recommendations
  • Leverage testing and experimentation to inform content and campaign improvements

Brand Voice & Quality Control

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media content
  • Uphold content quality and accuracy across channels
  • Contribute to the evolution of social media guidelines and best practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with marketing, product, and communications teams
  • Act as a reliable partner in delivering high-impact social media output
  • Support coordination with PR and communications teams where relevant

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and efficiency in content production

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing and executing campaigns across both B2C and B2B platforms
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex or technical product narratives
  • Experience working with global stakeholders or within distributed/matrixed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into effective content and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and publishing tools, with a data-driven approach to optimization
  • Experience in product-driven or high-consideration categories (e.g., home solutions, HVAC, engineering-led products, or similar) is a plus
  • Comfort operating in structured, process-driven environments with multiple stakeholders and approval layers
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global environment, with flexibility in working hours to support global stakeholders
