Job Description

  1. Prepare monthly close, FP&A forecast, and reporting packs for the Commercial Segment across key P&L and Balance Sheet financial metrics.
  2. Prepare weekly/monthly FP&A reports and journal entries for freight, fuel and accessories, commodity reclass, commercial parts, purchase price variance.
  3. Perform audits of Material Cost Reduction projects and partner with Sourcing Managers to validate realized cost savings across initiatives such as material price negotiations, freight optimization, rebates, and tariffs.
  4. Actively support segment-level projects by understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities, and developing practical finance and process solutions.
  5. Drive AI and automation initiatives focused on improving process efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing overall productivity.
  6. Build a strong understanding of team-level business processes and provide backup support for daily factory reporting activities.
  7. Support key transitions from the US team and ensure stabilization of transitioned activities.

Qualifications

  1. Qualified finance professional, preferably a Chartered Accountant/CMA, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, FP&A activities, and MIS reporting.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across functions and levels.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Working knowledge of Excel automations including VBA Macros and SAP GUI is preferred.
  5. Exposure to AI Tools, PowerBI, HFM, Essbase will be an added advantage.
  6. Prior experience in handling finance, reporting, automation, or process improvement projects is preferred.
  7. Demonstrates strong accountability, ownership, and commitment to timely delivery.
  8. Consistently delivers high-quality work with attention to accuracy and detail.
  9. Shows strong curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new processes, tools, and business areas.
  10. Communicates effectively and adapts well to changing business situations and stakeholder needs.
